About this policy
This policy explains how Wallux Comercial Química, registered under CNPJ 11.444.386/0001-47, handles the personal data submitted through the Wallux Aerospace website.
What data we collect
Through the quote form, we collect name, company, business e-mail, phone when provided, and the information you give about product, category, quantity, lead time and message. We may also record technical information needed for the security and operation of the form, such as the originating page, date and identifiers that prevent duplicate submissions.
Audience measurement
To understand how the website is used, we record aggregated visit statistics, such as pages visited, traffic source, device type and the submission of quote requests. This measurement is performed by Vercel Web Analytics. When you arrive through a link tagged by Wallux, such as those sent by email, the tag is kept in your browser only for the duration of the visit and we count the visit by source and date; if you request a quote, the source is sent with it. Neither measurement uses cookies or identifies individual visitors.
How and why we use the data
We use the data to receive, review and answer the request, prepare the quote, keep the service history and comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations. Processing follows the nature of each activity, including preliminary procedures related to a possible contract, the exercise of rights and legitimate interests associated with commercial service.
Sharing
The data may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, communication and relationship-management providers engaged by Wallux, only to the extent necessary to operate the website and handle the request. It may also be shared when required by law, by order of a competent authority or to protect Wallux's rights.
